This 38-year-old man reports episodes of blurred vision in both eyes after playing basketball. He denies any medical and ocular history and has no family history of glaucoma. Refraction is OD and OS +0.50.
Slit-lamp findings show pigment on the endothelium and also demonstrates rare pigmented particle in the anterior chamber in both eyes.
IOP: OD = 27 mmHg; OD = 29 mmHg
C/D: OD = .75; OD = .80
Visual field within normal limits in both eyes. |
