| A 38-year-old myopic male presents for a routine eye examination. He notes that he occasionally has blurred vision with halos during exercise. On exam, he has 20/25 vision in both eyes; however, his IOP is 29 mmHg in the right eye (OD) and 27 mmHg in the left eye (OS). His cup-to-disc ratio is 0.8 in both eyes. On gonioscopy, the above is seen. |
