| A 65-year-old Indian woman presented with a history of gradual decrease in vision. Her best corrected acuity was 20/60 in each eye. Moderate posterior subcapsular cataracts were seen in both eyes. Of note, as an incidental finding she has white eyelashes and eyebrows with no vitiligo. |
