Interstitial keratitis has been reported to occur with all of the following except:

a. bacterial infections, for example-syphilis and leprosy
b. viral infections, for example-HSV and EBV
c. protozoal infections, for example-leishmaniasis
d.  contact lens overuse
e. Cogan’s syndrome
