| This 18-year-old female has been bothered by diplopia when looking “to the side” for the past year. She has been treated with immuno-suppressant for 6 months. Her thyroid profile was normal and her collagen vascular profile was negative. There was no evidence of cysticercosis. Motility in the left eye is limited as shown in the clinical pictures and the CT showed thickening of the left medial rectus. |
