A 35-year-old male had trabeculectomy in both eyes 6 months ago. He now has a bleb leak in both eyes with bilateral hypotony. Visual acuity is OD 20/100 and OS 20/60 wearing his myopic correction of OD – 7.25 + 4.50 X 100 and OS – 10.25 + 2.50 X 80.

1. Ultrasound and ocular coherence tomography (OCT) demonstrates:

a. an axial length less than 15 mm
b. retinal detachment
c. schisis
d. macular edema OD
e. none of the above

2. The most likely cause for this condition is:

a. bleb leak
b. scleral effusion
c. shut down of aqueous production
d. faulty measurement of the intraocular pressure
e. none of the above

3. The next thing to do for this patient would be:
