| A 30-year-old man presented to the eye clinic with a painful and inflamed right eye associated with blurring of vision that had been present for the past 3 weeks. He was otherwise healthy. Visual acuity was right eye 20/600 and left eye 20/20. Examination of the right eye demonstrated the picture seen in Figure 1. |
