| A 28-year-old Hispanic woman presents with decreased vision and was found to have bilateral granulomatous anterior uveitis, vitritis, and exudative retinal detachments. She has also been complaining of headaches and tinnitus with occasional vertigo. Interestingly, she has noted vitiligo on her chest and hands. |

Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome
The diagnosis of VKH must include three of the following:

Bilateral chronic anterior uveitis

Posterior uveitis and may be associated with exudative retinal detachments and/or disc edema

Neurologic findings such as headache with neck stiffness (meningitis), encephalopathy, and auditory features (tinnitus, hearing loss, and vertigo)
-
Cutaneous findings--including alopecia, vitiligo, and/or poliosis
