A 6-year-old boy presents to your office because his mother has noted a blue discoloration to the sclera.   

All of the following can cause such discoloration and should be considered in the differential diagnosis in this case EXCEPT:

  c -- Turner’s syndrome

All of the listed answers can cause blue discoloration in affected patients.  However, Turner’s syndrome (XO) occurs only in female patients and this patient was a boy.
