| This 6-month-old girl is presented by her family because her mother thinks the baby does not see as well as her sister did at this age. At examination, the infant’s eyes were aligned and ductions were full. There was no nystagmus and fixation was steady and maintained. The fundus was normal but the lens appeared as shown in the pictures. |
