Interstitial keratitis has been reported to occur with all of the following except:

Interstitial keratitis has been reported to occur with all of the listed infections but is not associated with contact lens use.  Cogan’s syndrome is associated with vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, and interstitial keratitis. Cogan’s syndrome is likely an autoimmune disease and 80% of patients progress to deafness without systemic steroids.
