A 16-year-old female presented because she was disturbed about the unsightly appearance of a “lump” on her right eye. She also has a deformed ear on that side. Visual acuity is OD 20/200 and OS 20/20. Except for these findings, she appears healthy.

1. This condition falls into the category of:
