This 5-year-old boy was presented for examination by his mother who notices this "spot" in the left eye.  At examination this bluish black pigmentation was observed as shown in the pictures above.  The child is in otherwise good health. 

1.  What other test should be done?   
 

a. fundus examination
b. biomicroscope examination for flare and cell in the anterior chamber and observation for signs of scleritis
c. check of intraocular pressure

2.  What should be done next?  
 

a. biopsy
b. MRI of the head
