General: A rare autosomal recessive variant of popliteal pterygium syndrome (PPS).
Ocular: Ptergium.
Clinical: Popliteal webbing; cleft lip; cleft palate; lower lip pits; syndactyly; genital and nail abnormalities; equinus feet.
