1.13 Decentered Corneal Light Reflex

This 9-year-old girl has a large right eso and hyperdeviation in the primary position.  With the left eye covered the right eye does not move to take up fixation suggesting that this eye is being used while apparently deviated.  Visual acuity is 20/60 OD and 20/20 OS.  Traction producing an ectopic macula explains the eccentric fixation in the right eye.
