Strabismus -  Direction of prisms in Krimsky test Lecture 44 of 49  NEXT»

"Kindly tell me in what direction the prisms are placed in KRIMSKY test."

With the Krimsky test, the prism is base out over the ET eye, base in over the XT eye, base down over the hyper eye and base up over the hypo eye. Always keep the prism parallel with the orbital floor when measuring horizontal strabismus. See the Strabismus Minute on E-Resources and look at Binocular Vision and Ocular Motility by von Noorden also on E-Resources.
