History: This is a 42-year-old man that presented with a longstanding diplopia that first appeared 11 years ago after he was accidentally struck with a metal stick below the left eye. After this incident he developed a left hypertropia and diplopia.
His visual acuity is 20/20 in each eye. Biomicroscopy shows a conjunctival scar involving the nasal and inferior quadrant of the bulbar conjunctiva of the left eye. There is limitation of infraduction in the left eye.
